Can I see the stones in person?
We always recommend clients book a private appointment. Our friendly and knowledgeable sales team will give you a personal tour so that you can visually inspect our stunning range of marbles, granites, quartzes and limestones and then hand select your very own slabs. The benefit of viewing whole slabs means you have complete control over the finished design, choosing the perfect piece for your home. Our expert team will be on hand to help you choose the best stone to bring your vision to life and answer any queries you may have. We would love to meet you!
Do I need to provide measurements for a quote?
Once you have chosen your material, we will create a quote based on the measurements required. We ask that a drawing is provided, which does not need to be to scale, and our team are happy to assist with this process. In order for the final product to be created, an expert templater will visit you at home to ensure total accuracy for your new worktop.
How will my worktop be fabricated?
Our facilities are second to none, and we use our state-of-the-art technology to fabricate stones and carry out intricate work by hand to ensure total perfection. All our work is done in-house, which not only cuts fabrication time but also means that we can quality-control the end result at every step of the way. We then add the bespoke finishing touches such as edging detail, tap holes and grooves, and polish so your stone is fit for purpose and gleaming! Great care is taken throughout, and every finished article is subject to our extensive quality checks. Rest assured, our process is also safe and sustainable.
Can Landford Stone also install my stone?
Once the templating is finessed, we can visit your home or site to fit your pride and joy! Our dedicated team of specialist, in-house fitters will undertake the installation work and ensure you’re delighted with the finished result. The final connection of taps, hobs and appliances will need to be completed by other contractors. If you prefer, we are also able to supply stone to your measurements or templates for collection from our factory.
What aftercare do Landford Stone offer?
We have long-lasting relationships with many of our clients and trade partners! After the installation is complete you will be given a care sheet and, if appropriate, a care pack for your stone. With the correct care and maintenance, your beautiful stone should last a lifetime. We provide generous warranties and extensive aftercare support for all of our products, and if you need help or assistance at any time after your stone installation, we are always here.
